We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law pursuant to § 7 Abs. 1 DDG. Fairsend is a technical service for the encrypted transfer and storage of files. Files are encrypted in the browser before they are uploaded. For transfers with password protection, Fairsend does not store a key. We do not view transmitted content and do not check or filter it. Responsibility for the transmitted content lies solely with the respective sender. We accept no liability for the nature, lawfulness, accuracy or quality of the files transmitted via our platform.
Liability for links
Our service contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; unlawful content was not recognisable at that time. Permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without specific indications of an infringement. Upon becoming aware of infringements, we will remove such links immediately.
